At Hillsborough Trading Company, we handcraft each item with care. Due to the nature of custom and handmade tie-dye apparel, all sales are final. However, we do accept returns or issue refunds in limited cases, outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

The item arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped
You contact us within 7 days of delivery
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

We do not accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Normal variations in color or pattern due to the handmade process

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at [your email address] with the following:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item (and damage, if applicable)
A brief explanation of the issue

We will respond within 3 business days with next steps. Do not return any item without prior approval.

3. Approved Returns

If your return is approved:

You must ship the item back within 7 days of approval

Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping
